You must refrain from activities that could harm the Platform, such as hacking, introducing malware, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities. You agree to report any security vulnerabilities through our bug bounty program instead of exploiting them. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that compromise the Platform’s integrity or security.
The Platform provides AI-driven, non-custodial DeFi and Web3 services, each subject to inherent risks.
AI-Driven DeFi Strategies: The Platform uses AI agents to execute complex DeFi actions, such as token swaps, cross-chain bridging, staking, yield farming, lending, and borrowing, based on natural language prompts or predefined strategies. These actions are subject to smart contract risks, protocol-specific limitations, and network fees, and we do not guarantee their success or outcomes.
Portfolio Management: The Platform offers tools to track, analyze, and optimize your crypto portfolio, providing insights into performance and market trends. These tools are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.
TOPHAT Token Usage: The TOPHAT token is the native utility token used for paying fees for AI-driven on-chain actions and participating in governance, allowing holders to vote on protocol upgrades and strategies. Governance participation carries risks related to token value and decisions, and we are not responsible for outcomes.
Bug Bounty Program: Our bug bounty program rewards users for responsibly disclosing security vulnerabilities in our smart contracts or AI systems. Program rules and reward details are available on the Platform.
Third-Party Integrations: The Platform integrates with third-party wallets, decentralized exchanges (DEXs), and blockchain networks. We are not responsible for the performance, security, or policies of these third-party services.
The Platform is non-custodial, meaning you retain full control over your cryptocurrencies, private keys, and TOPHAT tokens. We do not hold, manage, or custody your assets. You are solely responsible for securing your wallet and private keys, and we are not liable for any loss of funds due to user error, theft, or compromised keys.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Arbitration will take place in Wilmington, Delaware, and you waive any objection to this venue.
